Our business model was created to overcome the problem of ever rising rents in Los Angeles. The model is to have the orthodontist and pediatric dentist share space, have independent private practices and utilize the offices independently at different times. The participants
are expected to refer to each other and the orthodontist pays 100% of the rent and provides basic supplies such as paper towels, saliva ejection tips, etc.
We are interested in finding an enthusiastic person looking for a long term relationship in a private practice environment. Offices are state-of-the-art and being used for orthodontic services 1-2 days per week depending on the location. The offices are available for pediatric
dentistry approximately 4 days/week. Square Footage ranges from 1400-3000 sq ft.
