HumanaOne Individual Dental Insurance
HumanaOne's dental option offers an array of benefits to promote good dental health. This optional dental benefit is
ideal for those looking for both dental and health insurance coverage from Humana.
With the dental rider, members have access to the nationwide HumanaDental PPO Network of more than 85,000 dentist locations.
Traditional Preferred 100/50/50 plan.
Deductible: $50 individual, $150 family. Deductible waived on preventive.
$1,000 annual maximum.
A discount of up to 20 percent on orthodontia when a member sees a participating dentist.
Teeth whitening benefit in basic; $200 lifetime maximum. (Not available in Florida.)
Members can keep their dental coverage if they terminate their medical policies.
HumanaOne Term Life Insurance
With the term life plan, members enjoy such features as guaranteed level premiums and additional benefit rider options:
Coverage amounts start at $25,000 and can top $1 million.
After the initial coverage term, plan is guaranteed renewable up to age 95 (rates can change annually).
Available with the following initial term coverage options:
10-year term, ages 18-65
15-year term, ages 18-60
20-year term, ages 18-55
Other product features:
Predictable premiums: You'll pay the same rates for 10, 15 or 20 years, depending on the coverage term you choose.
Additional benefit rider options: premium waiver, accidental death, and children's term
